The RPWE Office provides legal assistance in the field of all aspects of labour law including, in particular:
- we support our Clients in negotiations regarding all processes initiated by the representatives of the staff (collective bargaining, relations with trade unions, European works councils),
- develop and carry out the restructuring processes strategy and personnel transfers as a result of a merger,
- we provide comprehensive analysis of staff documentation (contracts of employment, manager contracts, by-laws and internal regulations, ethics principles and corporation policy),
- we help to optimize the relationships between the company and managerial staff, considering confidentiality clauses and no competition clauses.
- we provide counselling in the field of employer's protection against discrimination claims.
