Graduate of the Law Faculty of Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań, scholar of the Erasmus- Socrates Programme at the Law and Political Science Faculty at University Rennes 1 in France. At present, a PhD candidate at the Department of Financial Law of the Law Faculty at the Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań. He completed his barrister training with first standing and was entered to the barrister's register of the District Chamber of Legal Advisers in Poznań.
From 2001 to 2010, he was connected to law offices in Poznań.
- participated in preparing due diligence audits of real estate and commercial companies, in particular in the part related to public liabilities;
- conducted proceedings aimed at regulatingreal estate legal status (inter alia applications to the administrative bodies and registers);
- prepared legal opinions and responses to the current inquiries of clients regarding tax law, legal and tax consequences of civil law agreements and contracts, legal and tax consequences of real estate; matters (recognition of the tax obligation and its scope);
- conducted tax proceedings before the tax bodies, and court and administrative proceedings in the field of tax liabilities.
He gained professional experience by serving and coordinating legal assistance for companies belonging to commercial corporations and financial companies (banks and leasing associations).He prepared legal regulations for financial business activity, including cooperative banking (bank by-laws, standard contracts, collateral patterns, trust banking documents).
His preferred fields of practice include ongoing tax advisory and tax disputes, moreover widely understood financial law, including bank law cases (in the civil law and regulatory law approaches).
